    In addition to its organic growth strategy, AlphaPet pursues a buy-and-build strategy and is always on the lookout for strong premium brands in the pet sector.

AlphaPet brings many years of experience in digital brand building and multi-channel distribution as well as a European supplier and partner network. AlphaPet also offers strong holding functions (see below) that support the brand teams and ensure that they can concentrate fully on strengthening and developing the brand.

    Successull track record

    2020: AlphaPet acquires the leading German premium dry dog food brand Wolfsblut, strengthening its private label business.


    2022: AlphaPet pushes ahead with its internationalisation and acquires the leading British premium brand Arden Grange


    2023: AlphaPet strengthens its position in DACH and acquires Herrmann's Manufaktur, the leading German premium brand in the organic wet food segment (asset deal).
